Incase the QR code is not scanned successfully or having internet problems when on the Scan QR code , the user gets added but when they login will see a screen like this:-
In this scenario the user will not get any code on their phone in the Duo app so will not be able to access their DT accounts. The user then would have to setup Duo from scratch for their DT accounts. You can contact at dt@consensiohealth.com to notify the admin about the unsuccessful Duo setup. Once you get the response from the admin that your previous entry was successfully deleted you can start Duo setup again from scratch.
Indication that you were successful setting up Duo against your DT account is when on the web page you get an option for sending a push notification like in the image below.
